Paschim Bardhaman District Karate Association successfully conducted the Paschim Bardhaman District Karate Championship 2019, at Area-6,Community hall,Amladahi,Chittaranjan on 8th December. Over 150 players from all over Paschim Bardhaman participated in this prestigious mega tournament.
The competition was a grand success under the supervision of Mrs Siuli Mukherjee President, Sensei Samir Kr Mondal, General Secretary, Sensei Sunil Kr. Ram, Treasurer, Sensei Sajad Hussein Vice President, Sensei Amit Paswan, Jt. Secretary and all other members of the Association. This was not just a tournament but also a ticket to State Selection. 1st,2nd and 3rd position holders from each and every events were given medals and district Certificate but only the Gold medalist from this tournament are eligible to participate in the upcoming State Karate Championship as said by the Secretary of Paschim Bardhaman Karate Association.
Mr. Bidhan Upadhay, our hon’ble MLA was invited as Chief guest .
The tournament was successfully completed under the quit guidance and administration of Sensei Samir Kr Mondal ,who himself a national refree as well as the students(players), parents, doctors, and the other members of the Association equally co-oparated with him. Atlast it must be said that this was an another great achievement for the Paschim Bardhaman Karate Association.
