Bengal Olympic Association (BOA) has deputed Premjit Sen as the Deputy Chef De Mission at the prestigious “36th National Games 2022” which is going to take place in Gujrat from 27th September to 10th October.
BOA under the leadership of its President, Swapan Banerjee, is taking sports in Bengal to new heights. His vision and devotion towards the promotion of all the sports in Bengal is truly exemplary.
By getting appointed, Premjit Sen becomes the first karateka in India to achieve such a feat and recognition. It is only due to his credibility and way of successfully managing the work, he has been given this prestigious opportunity.
This news came in yesterday from the office of the BOA, when Premjit Sen was officially given the appointment letter from the President of BOA, Mr. Swapan Banerjee.
Premjit Sen, apart from being the President of Karate Do Association of Bengal (KAB) and the Chairman of the Referee Commission of Karate India Organisation (KIO), is also the first and only Bengali who is a Karate Referee & Judge of both World Karate Federation (WKF) and Asian Karate Do Federation (AKF).
“I would like to convey my heart-filled gratitude to Mr. Swapan Banerjee for giving me this opportunity. I will do my level best and work hard for the success of the entire Bengal Team. Khelbe Bangla, Jeetbe Bangla (Bengal will play, Bengal will win),” said Premjit Sen.
