West Bengal Hapkido Team Secures Third Place at the 9th National Hapkido Championship 2025

West Bengal delivered a commanding performance at the 9th National Hapkido Championship 2025, finishing third overall among 15 participating states. The contingent returned home with an impressive 36 medals — 15 Gold, 11 Silver, and 10 Bronze — reaffirming the state’s position as a powerhouse of Indian Hapkido.

Tournament Overview

• Participation: Over 500 athletes from 15 states across India

Building on this remarkable achievement, West Bengal will focus on advanced training camps, talent development programs, and regional qualifiers to further strengthen its athlete pipeline for upcoming National and International Championships.
